    The key to skin care is consistency and routine and it can take time to appreciate positive changes. Using HydroMist at least twice a day will result in noticeable improvements in skin texture and appearance in most skin types. We recommend using HydroMist on clean skin.

    How to use HydroMist:

    Step 1: Charge the device until the light is solid blue.

    Step 2: Fill the tank with natural mineral/spring water, alkaline water, or tap water.

    Step 3: Turn on the device and hold 5-10cm from the face, or targeted skin area.

    Step 4: Mist the treatment area for the desired time.

      The device will be fully charged within 2.5 hours using the USB provided in the pack.

      It will last for 1.5 hours from being fully charged.

      A full water tank will last around 12 minutes.

      You can use as much or as little as you like in any session.  Using a full tank on your face, neck and décolletage provides a good coverage of hydrogen-rich water and will ensure great results.  Other areas can be targeted using spot treatment, such as hands, arms and legs.
      For best results we recommend using the HydroMist in the morning and evening, however you can use it as often, on as many body parts, as you like. Problem areas may require more attention than other areas.
      We recommend using natural spring/mineral water that is high in minerals.  If that’s not available, alkaline or tap water is ok.  Do not use carbonated water, distilled water, reverse osmosis water, or water with a temperature of more than 40 degrees Celsius.
      For best skin rejuvenation results we recommend using the device on clean skin, however you may also use whilst wearing makeup, which will cool and hydrate the skin.  Be sure to hold the unit at 10-15cm from the face whilst wearing makeup to avoid oversaturation of water on the face.
      If you have a troubling skin condition such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis or rosacea, HydroMist will begin the repair process on a cellular level. If you would like to optimise your results, we encourage the use of SuperCells Molecular Hydrogen supplement, which will do the same thing internally, so you are targeting the issue from the inside out. 
      If you use the device as recommended and you’re consistent in your approach, you’ll find quite quickly your skin texture will change.       Oils will block the ultrasonic jet. It is strongly recommended that only water be used in the device. 
      The tiny bubbles are molecular hydrogen being infused into the water. 
      Yes it is perfectly safe to take with you wherever you go. As long as the cap is screwed on correctly it will not leak and there are no dangerous parts to consider.  If there’s still concern, you may choose to carry the device empty and then replenish the water tank when you’re going to use it.

      The device has been tested to exceed 300+ hours usage (1,500 sessions). There is a 90 day warranty from purchase for the device should it malfunction, however it won’t be replaced due to accidental damage or misuse by the user. Please carefully read the instruction manual for cleaning and care instructions. 
      We recommend filling the water tank with white vinegar at least once every 3-4 weeks, especially if you use it daily.  You will notice the spray becoming lighter and less moist on the skin when it needs cleaning, and it won’t be as effective.  Leave the vinegar in the water tank for approximately 30 minutes, then tip it out and carefully rinse the tank with water.  The device will operate in ‘as new’ condition once again. 

      It's important to us that you receive your goods quickly and in excellent condition so that the quality that we work so hard to achieve is maintained and you're able to enjoy your goods as soon as possible.       The standard domestic shipping rate Australia wide is $5.95 and Express Post is $14.95 (up to 3kg). We offer FREE domestic shipping on orders over $100, or if you choose any of the monthly subscription options available (Australian residents only). Due to ongoing international delays using Australia Post, we now offer DHL Express and highly recommend this service to our international customers.


      All prices are listed and charged in Australian Dollars (AUD). You can change to your local currency by clicking on the currency icon in the top right hand corner. Please note, the checkout figure will always revert back to Australian Dollars. Sometimes this will seem as though the price has increased, however this isn't so, as the AUD is low compared to most of our international friends. The easiest way to understand the difference, is for example, when you spend USD$100, you get approx AUD$140 worth of value :)


      We utilise domestic and international Australia Post services, as well as DHL Express.


      Goods will be delivered to the address specified on the order. If no one is home, a card will be left in your letterbox and you can acquire your package at your earliest convenience. All parcels have tracking by either Australia Post or DHL.

      International shipping:

      We highly recommend utilising DHL Express at this time, as Australia Post has experienced huge delays during COVID. We want to help you with the cost of shipping, so we pay $5 towards the cost, which is automatically applied on the backend and reflected in the price to you. Shipping is automatically calculated by weight and destination. The arrival time of your parcel is directly aligned to the distance from Australia, however there have been increased delays since COVID. Please note, we do not take any responsibility for customs charges at the destination country and encourage you to look into these charges prior to purchasing. We also do not accept responsibility for the parcel once it leaves Australian shores, so please also consider this before purchasing.

      Import taxes:

      You may have to pay import taxes and/or customs duties. These charges are separate from your shipping charge and SuperCells is not responsible for any of these charges. Once your order has arrived in your country you may be notified of a custom charges and we will not accept a return order in exchange for a refund. Please order carefully and check possible customs charges prior to ordering as we don't want you to feel let down when we are unable to pay it for you.

      Declaration of value and product description:

      Due to international laws, we will state the full value of your order on the shipping label, minus the shipping charge. You will receive an order confirmation after the sale has been processed. The order form will indicate the name of each product you ordered, the quantity of each item and the total cost, including the shipping charge.

      Customs Info:

      SuperCells will not be liable for packages refused or held by customs for delivery. Our products are natural, however, if you feel there may be an issue, contact your Customs Office and ask about import regulations and restrictions before placing your order.


      We accept the return of any product which is damaged or does not match the description of what you ordered. Please contact us at support@mysupercells.com within 48 hours of receiving your goods.

      You will be issued a return address of where to send your goods, and they must be received back within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date, in the condition they originally arrived in, to be eligible for either a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price.
